We are a Student led, full service catering Team for any size event!
Our catering kitchen is located in the JBS Global Food Innovations Center on campus. Our team specializes in Southern Style BBQ and protein focused entrees. We offer the opportunity for students to learn the ins and outs of working in the kitchen as well as build industry connections. All proceeds support the travel and supply needs of CSU Meat Judging Team.
